Open the drip bag and secure it over the cup.

First pour: add about 40ml, or until the coffee is fully saturated and the water reaches halfway up the drip bag. Then wait 35 seconds.

Second pour: continue to about 150ml, or fill the drip bag close to the top. Wait until most of the water has drained through.

Third pour: continue to approximately 200–205ml, or fill the drip bag to the top one final time.

Place 3–4 medium ice cubes in the cup, about 60g. Then open the drip bag and secure it over the cup.
